liborcus-dev software package provides library for processing spreadsheet documents -- development, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install liborcus-dev
liborcus-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the liborcus-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep liborcus-dev *
You will get with liborcus-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
